Our Story
A JOURNEY OF OVER 45 YEARS

1979
Sri Putta Sudhakar establishes a proprietary concern which forms the foundation for PSK Infrastructures and Projects.
2005
The proprietary concern is converted into a partnership firm as M/s Sudhakar Constructions. Several national highway projects taken up in partnership with leading infrastructure companies in India.
2015
PMK Distillations Private Limited is established with the objective of catering to the rising demand of liquor in the newly formed states of Telangana and Andhra Pradesh.
2017: Production commences November 2017 in partnership with Tilaknagar Industries under a sub-lease contract.
2018: Production capacity enhanced to 150.0 Lakh Proof Litres (23,14,814 cases per annum). PMK enters into a sub-lease agreement with Pearl Distillery for the production of Diageo brands.
2023: PMK Distillations enters into a partnership with Radico Khaitan and Divyam Liquors to manufacture some of their premium brands.
2016
PMK Holdings is established with the aim to function as the family investment office of the PMK Group.
Putta Vijayalakshmi Seva Society is formed.
Contributing to societal well-being, this charitable trust focuses on uplifting communities and making a positive impact on the lives of women, youth, and senior citizens.
2024
In an endeavour to promote renewable energy, Ramshy Biofuel is established with a fully automated ethanol manufacturing facility based in the state of Telangana.

With a profound commitment to excellence, Mr. Kumar has been instrumental in the success of PSK Infrastructures and Projects, elevating the company's book value to INR 2000 Cr and diversifying its operations. Additionally, Mr. Kumar manages PMK Holdings, the family investment office of the PMK Group. He also serves as the Managing Director of Ramshy Bio, operating in the clean energy sector with an ethanol manufacturing unit.
His diverse skill set includes analytical acumen, project planning, risk assessment, and financial management.
An alumnus of DMS, IIT Delhi, and JNTU, Hyderabad, Mr. Mahesh Kumar is not only a visionary leader in the business realm but also a committed philanthropist contributing to societal well-being through his charitable trust, 'Putta Vijayalakshmi Seva Society'.
